We know that sometimes you're unhappy with your purchase or there was a problem with your product and you wish to return it, just send an email to email@example.com we will provide you with our return address and instructions on how to do so. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you and a refund will be processed.
Our return policy is 14 days.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and we will send you our exchange instructions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately we do not refund or exchange opened or used products or for change of mind or dislike of product.
